Shipping & Returns Policy
The Roast & Roll Shipping Policy: We roast twice a week, and your beans are usually out the door a day or two later. We ship via USPS Priority Two-Day (because their naming skills are truly chef’s kiss), which usually means two days to your door. Now, if a rogue blizzard or a sudden meteor strike decides to park itself between our roaster and your mug, well, we can’t control the cosmos. But between us, the postal service, and a little bit of your patience, that deliciousness will find its way to you.
Our “You Don’t Like It, We’ll Fix It” Guarantee (Because Life’s Too Short for Bad Coffee): Look, we get it. Sometimes, even the best-laid plans (and perfectly roasted beans) go awry. If you’re not digging your coffee, don’t bother with the hassle of returns. Just hit us up within 10 days of delivery and tell us what’s up. We’ll send you a different bag because, frankly, life is too short to drink coffee you don’t love. Consider it a coffee do-over.
