From South Costa Rica, in the Puntarenas Province near the Panama border, this coffee from Hacienda La Amistad shines not only in the cup but in it’s commitment to the environment and the community. The process involves fully washing the cherry fruit off and drying in the sun, this bean has notes of Mandarin Orange, Fig, Brown Sugar, and Milk Chocolate.  Good as a daily driver, this is certified as organic and Smithsonian bird friendly.
