By using Recaffeinator.com (the “Website”), you agree to the following terms:

Ordering:

• All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.  

Shipping:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
• Risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Returns:

• Due to the nature of roasted coffee, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Payment:

• Payment is due at the time of order.
• We accept Venmo, Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, and for some special people, an IOU will suffice.

Use of Website:

• You may use the Website for lawful purposes only.
• You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Website without our express written consent.  

Disclaimer:

• We make no warranties, express or implied, about the Website or the coffee we sell.
• We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Website or the coffee. For example, if you make your coffee hot, it’s probably going to be hot. That’s not our fault.

Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of California.
